Enhanced listings Restaurants that would like to provide full information on their restaurant’s facilities and services may purchase an enhanced listing, which will be linked to their standard directory entry. Enhanced listings will remain on the site for 12 months, upon which the annual renewal fee will be due. Enhanced listings may be removed from the site at any time by giving notice in writing or by email to Sheffschefs. Removal of the enhanced listing will then be carried out within 28 days. Fees will not be reimbursed for enhanced listings that are removed from the site part way through a 12- month term. Should a restaurant cease to trade, Sheffschefs reserve the right to remove any associated enhanced listings. Responsibility for the content and accuracy of enhanced listings lies with the advertising restaurant and completion of a Purchase Order form is required to submit this information. Sheffschefs reserve the right to amend or remove content from any enhanced listing if it is deemed to be offensive or inappropriate, this will be notified to the advertising restaurant prior to publishing so that alternative text can be submitted if required. Fees Fees for advertising and enhanced listing space will be informed to customers in advance of purchases, either via the website or by email on application. Fees are subject to change without notice, but all quotes remain valid for 28 days. All fees are subject to VAT at the current rate and are payable within 28 days.
