What a little gem, the wine bar had a great extensive wine menu, the atmosphere was great. The menu had a well balanced range of dishes that had something for everyone. Our table tried the scallops, pear and oysters. For mains the pork (which was perfectly cooked) the salmon baked with linguine (a bit large on portion but taste fantastic) and the sea bass - really great the veg was perfectly cooked. Presentation seemed big in this place and the service although attentive not imposing. They seem to have a great balance without a great apparent effort. This place seems small enough to care, but has a broad enough range to meet most needs. It's cosy, friendly and very reasonably priced, it gets a big thumbs up for us, a huge cry from Artisan.
