The following review has been written by Sheffschefs after a visit to the establishment. All visits are made anonymously, as ordinary paying customers. An ultra sophisticated establishment, which successfully integrates contemporary decor within an older building. We tried it on a busy Saturday evening and although we'd booked for half past nine, it was getting on for half past ten when we were finally seated. That said, it was the only complaint we could come up with and they did provide us with two very decent bottles of wines by way of apology. The food was divine, though it was on the pricey side. Marco @ Milano is not somewhere to go without a very flexible credit card or a healthy wallet. There was something to suit most tastes though, from luxurious pasta dishes to speciality fish and vegetarian options. It all came very well presented and the service too, was top notch.
A good bet when you want to impress someone, or for a special treat. It suits small groups well, as it's intimate, but quite lively.
